About Me

I recently left the island-culture of the Florida Keys to seek out a new profession in health and wellness.  Having always gravitated towards connection through touch, I took the inspiration I gained from my former massage therapist employees and decided to move to the East Bay in October of 2018.  Not surprisingly, the Bay Area has proven to be fertile ground and home to a thriving wellness-oriented community.

The National Holistic Institute’s 800-hour Massage Therapy Program has been instrumental in developing my skills as a practitioner in both Western and Eastern modalities coupled with a solid foundation in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology to better assess and address client pathologies.  Once I graduate the program at the end of August 2019 I will continue on to deepen my understanding of common injuries and trigger point therapy through their Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program in September 2019.  Beyond that, I plan to foster my intellectual and spiritual growth studying Eastern modalities such as Lomi Lomi and Thai Massage.  Ultimately, I would love realize my dream of offering canine and equine massage.

For more information regarding my educational background and approach to massage therapy, simply give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
